OUR TEXTILE TECHNIQUES
La Serra MK Textile Atelier focuses on bespoke textile design services, including decorative textile panels, cushions, headboards, tableware, and placemats, amongst many other things. These products can be used for private homes, wine bars, restaurants, boutique hotels, weddings, and public and private events.
Below you'll find a slideshow demonstrating some of the different techniques we use.
These techniques can be applied to a wide variety of materials and all of the materials we use are natural fibers that keep in line with our greenhouse philosophy.
All of our fabrics are sourced from Prato, as well as our waterbased pigments and pastes that are made specifically for textiles. These materials include linen, hemp, cotton, silk, paper, non-woven fabric, suede, and leather. All of our products are able to be washed as well.
